Torrentgame – NBA player Donovan Mitchell, known for his impressive skills on the basketball court with the Cleveland Cavaliers, has recently expressed his frustration with his Call of Duty gameplay. Despite his athletic prowess, Mitchell revealed in a press appearance that he struggles with the game, even admitting to losing his voice while screaming at other players.
“I’ve been playing Call of Duty with these kids, screaming at them and stuff, that’s where the voice goes,” said Mitchell. “It’s been rough… I genuinely try to get better, which makes me even more upset. I watch film on my phone, on TikTok. I’m still terrible. As you can tell, I put a lot of effort into Call of Duty.”
Mitchell’s frustrations seem to stem from being matched up with players who far outskill him in Call of Duty. He humorously speculated that his status as a professional basketball player might be influencing the matchmaking, which has led to him being placed in more competitive lobbies than he’s ready for.
“I reached out to Call of Duty,” Mitchell said. “Like, ‘Hey, put me in the trash lobbies, that’s where I belong.’ We’ll see what happens.”
