Torrentgame – Although still in early access, Path of Exile 2 is already packed with abundant content. From the main story, fighting side bosses, to endless endgame content, this game provides a worthwhile experience for your playtime. In fact, many players could spend hundreds of hours just completing the early content.
However, if you want to know how long it takes to “finish” Path of Exile 2, here is a complete breakdown, including campaign duration, time to reach the endgame, and a list of main quests to guide your progress.
How Long to Finish Path of Exile 2?
As an ARPG, Path of Exile 2 technically has no true end. Like other ARPGs, the game consists of a main campaign followed by endgame content. You can spend as much time as you want in the endgame with the character you’ve built.
However, if “finishing” the game means reaching the endgame after completing all the acts in the campaign, here are the details:
- In early access, there are three acts to complete before reaching the endgame.
- When the full game is released, the number of acts will increase to six.
To reach the endgame, you need to:
- Complete the first three acts on Standard Difficulty, bringing your character to level 45.
- Then, complete Acts 1-3 again on Cruel Difficulty, reaching level 65.
Total Time Needed:
- 25 hours to complete the first three acts.
- An additional 15-20 hours to replay on Cruel Difficulty.
This means the total time to reach the endgame is approximately 40-50 hours per character. If you want to try a different character class, this process must be repeated from the beginning with the same duration.
Once you reach the endgame, you can explore additional content for as long as you want. The maximum level in early access is 100, but there might not be significant rewards for chasing that level.
