They are hiring more staff to bolster their support team and have also improved their support systems to handle more tickets. The developer has asked players who are waiting for responses not to send follow-up requests, as doing so could create more delays.
“Please be assured if you’re waiting for a response from our Support team, they’ll get back to you as soon as humanly possible,” Grinding Gear Games reassured players.
Changes and Improvements in Path of Exile 2

The developer is implementing changes that make the game a little less punishing while still maintaining its challenge. For example, the game’s dodge-roll system has been tweaked to reduce the chances of players being body-blocked by monsters. Furthermore, players can now teleport between saved checkpoints on maps, reducing the need for excessive backtracking after death.
Additionally, the game’s item drop rates have been increased, meaning that rewards from magic, rare, and boss enemies will be more generous.
